Windsor Chair Resources was launched
in 1998 as a personal website to provide resources for chairmakers and
enthusiasts. Originating from a love of the Windsor style and my Windsor
chairmaking endeavors, it grew beyond expectation. We operated as a
business for a few years and found the paperwork outweighed the benefits.
The site has grown to meet viewer requests for information and
services. In June 2009, we again became a personal website leaving
the chairmakers already listed on the website. To be considered for
a new listing, please email us.
Through the past 11 years, we have come
to know many of you personally by email and phone. You have shared
your challenges and joys with us. We receive email from as far
away as Australia and Africa thanking us for the resource. We feel honored
to be part of this community, and hope you will continue to offer your comments,
and share your experiences. Thank you for your support of WCR through the
years and our very best wishes to all our Windsor community.

answer questions about antique chairs or chairmakers. We recommend

data.
